5mg per day so that when ever the occassion arises your ready for it. My Doc recomended me the daily dose even though I ask for the On Demand dose. He said to try daily does first. After I try it I am going to tell him that it's not for me can I try Viagra or the on Demand dose.

If you take .25 mg may last you up to 6 hours, taking 100 mg is very dangerous best to ask your Doctor.
